Dang birds. Charcoals better anyways.

You should probably use less wood for smoke on a gasser. I prefer to put the wood under the grate as well.

Ya know, when a recipe says "glaze with honey" usually it just means the liquid, not the whole farking hive! :caked:

On the plus side, you could just throw some wood chips in there and crank the burners to smoke 'em out. :mrgreen:
