Hey all,
I just wrapped my ribs in foil, 3-2-1 method, and know after 2 hours cooking there will be some nice rendered fat goodness in there. The last time I smoked ribs which was about 2 years ago (not by choice) I drizzled that back over the ribs. Are there other suggestions on what to do with it? What do you guys do? Oh and here is a pic of the ribs after 3 hours, what are your thoughts? Looking good?

Yep, that is precious juice do not let it get away. Use it just like Motocrossed suggested, or save it and use it as cologne, chicks love the smell of pork! LOL
