Yep, only make my own with Vodka, NEVER put in the fridge.
It WILL and DOES mold.

Don't buy the "Good stuff" make it yourself..
Just order some of the best bean on the internet, then slice them open and toss into top shelf Vodka. 2 months later you have the BEST stuff you can get!!!
