Marinated the lamb chops in Turkish lamb herbs,Phresh garlic and rozemary,olive oil and white wine vinigar.

Couscous was soaked in bacon grease and smoked wildboar bouillon.
Added some smoked onion,smoked tomato,Phresh parsley,bacon,drunken raisins,red pepper Phlakes,salt,pepper.

Also made a chickpea tomato salad...

Great looking stuff, Phu! Why is it everytime I see lamb, I want some??? Very nice plate.
