Greg akaparrothead came up with a great way to pull large amounts pork. Last night I was in no mood to pull even one butt so out came the paddle for the Kitchen Aid and in 30 sec I was bagging the pork for the company lunch this week. For the people that don't remember the thread it's below.

Neat idea--do you use the paddle or the dough hook?:confused:
 
I used the paddle, Greg used the dough hook. The pork look just like it was hand pulled.
 
Now that is a hell of an idea. Which is best dough hook or paddle? I got a goodsize Viking that can do some pull'in....
