Question about smoked leg of lamb temp

I've got the Stumps fired up and am going to throw on some ribs and a small 3-4lbs leg of lamb cut. Never smoked a lamb before. After some quick searching I've found opinions on what temp to pull off the smoker ranging 145-190. I'm hoping someone here might have some first hand experience in regards to smoking a leg of lamb and maybe even some ideas for relatively easy sides.

I'll update with pics later. :)

I did a boneless leg a while back for my brother. I pulled it at 140ish. It was a nice medium rare by the time we ate. 190 would probably be well done.

I like to pull them off between 145-155 keep them in the medium range anything over that and its going to be tough. If you were doing chops I lean more towards the rare side but with a leg go for a nice medium

Doing the same Christmas day. Will pull at 138 to 140 and then let rest. Temp will rise some while resting. Good luck with yours.

Pull at 145 for medium rare
lamb toughens up at the higher temps, not a lot of fat to render.
