In the morning I started soaking my Cedar Planks in Pinot Grigio it really adds great flavor to the Salmon. We are having my brother Cal and his Wife Carol and my sister Nell and her Husband Chuck over for This wonderful dinner

3.3 lbs. Pacific King Salmon

Butter on the Planks

Seasoned with Dizzy Pig Raging River Rub, Chipotle Rub, Dill Weed and Meyer Limon

In the Egg @ 425*









Out of the Egg interior temp. 128* they well rest for five min.



Served with Jackie's saut'ed Asparagus, Giada's Mashed Potatoes and Lemon Dill Sauce on the Salmon, it was all Delicious

Looks great! I usually cook mine to 135 with great results. The wife doesn't like it as "rare" in the middle. 128 sounds good :)
