Ok ladies and gentlemen,

I've been lurking long enough since I joined the brethren and wanted to share my cook last week. Had some prime beef ribs, st. louis ribs, bb backs and a 9 lb pork butt, all asking for the smoke. Started the cook at 6:30 pm Thursday and put that butt to rest at 7:30 am Friday. Used the pellet smoker using mostly oak, hickory, and cherry. Here's the pictorial preview

I'm still eating bbq!!!! :heh:

thanks for looking...

Man now I'm Hungry........Well I'm always hungry!!!!!!! Looks Great

Glad you stopped lurking around and showed us what you can do. That is some killer grub and everything looks on point and I mean on point. Welcome and damn!!!!:clap2:

It all looks fantastic! Probably too late to call dibs on any leftover beef ribs but just in case... "Dibs!"

Great cook! :thumb:

Thanks to all for the nice feedback. It means alot being this is my 1st post with pics and getting feedback from the fellow brethren.

Your're all great cooks and I look forward to more pics from you-all and the excellent bantor that accompanies it.

As a side note, when I first got my smoker, I had watched 100's of hours of videos and read endless pages of How-To on smoking. It seemed that the "Crown Jewel" or Holy Grail of the Pit was the perfect briskett so I took the tiger by tail and decided to get real good at that first so that everything else would be easy. I can't say that I'm at even 1/1000th Aaron Franklin level however the handfull of brisketts I've cooked so far have come out pretty decently and I have some good pics on those which I will post in the future.

Stay tuned to the smokin' redneck from upstate NY!!!

Great lookin cook! I've still gotta try the beef ribs. They always look soooooo good! :thumb:

Briskett Luv!!
