smo-fried wings

I'm going to be asked too push put about 800-1000 wings....of course ill start early ill load them up on my fatboy @ 250 get some good smoke on them.....then drop them in the deep fryer......I'd like to get them done quickly how long should I smoke them then at what temp and how long should I deep fry them for.......my first run tomorrw
