I've come across this recipe a few times and decided today's the day.

I can't wait to taste this.

This was THE BEST thing I've ever done to a chuck roast. It made some slammin sammiches.

Not much to look at in the pan when done, though.

great job..............now pass me a bun a beer and some of that pepper stout beef.............:becky:

Man, that stuff is so good I don't even use a bun. Just pile some on a plate for me and I'm all good.

Excellent bro!

That is a go to cook around here for bunches of people. Everyone loves it. Just don't get too heavy with the pepper... Nice post!

Looks great. Love this stuff. Give it a shot too with red and yellow bell peppers. A bit milder(with some people there is a digestive/burp factor) and a bit sweeter. Purty colors too.

Ditto that - I make quesadillas (just add cheese) and breakfast burritos (just add eggs and taters) with the leftovers

Nice looking cook man!

Another use for this beef. Some sautéed okra, rice, and the beef topped with spicy cilantro sauce from the local Venezuelan restaurant, el Arepazo. Awesome!
