NY Strip w/ Tarragon butter

I found some real nice prime NY strips at Costco the other day, had this for dinner on Monday

Some shrooms to go along

A nice shrimp ceasar salad

On the Smokey Joe with a little tenderloin for the wife

Plated and topped off with Tarragon butter

A few bite shots

It was a mighty fine meal!

No cooking or marinade........picked up the shrimp at Costco.

Looks great! My wife is mad at me because she likes tarragon and I told her it smells like a box of Bandaids...and brought the box downstairs to the dinner table to prove it
