I believe that you will need a minimum of 6 with a preference for 7 for the table captain.

I'm sure that the FD guys will follow up with a confirmation or denial.

If one uses a stuffing, can it be a meat not of the category, such as a sausage stuffing or bacon? so long as the primary meat can be judged?

(yeah, I waited to the last minute to get organized for this event. I have my fingers crossed that I have rub in the pantry)
