Got the Smoker and the Vending trailer. The smoker is a Stumps and the Vending Trailer is a 8.5x20. The trailer already has the hand plus 3 sinks. And that's about it. But for the price I couldn't turn it down. I'm taking the old logo off of the trailer and putting our on it. The guy I bought it from had carpet on the "porch" part. I have to take that off. I'm going next Tues. to pick up the True flattop refrigerator and prep table to put in it. Going to see the HD again and the Fire Chief. And finally hope for the insurance to be done this Friday.Man I still have a long way to go.

But it's going to be great. We are going to start off doing Festivals and Fairs. Then once we have a base of operations we are going to do roadside. So what do you think?
