Who does your Health/Food inspection. Is it the county or the state? Go to the State of Iowa Inspections and Appeals web site the have a list of requirements for vending trailer. Most builder already know the requirements and can give you a price with what ever options you would want. Here is the number for the Food Safety department in Des Moines. 515/281-6538. They should be able to answer any questions you have.
