hi everybody. my name is scott and im from michigan. i just recently decided that i wanted to giving smoking a try. im a bit of a do it yourselfer and dont want to buy a premade smoker. i have decided to build an upright drum smoker. i have read a great deal on this forum and other places online. but i would love to be pointed in the right direction just to make sure i really am headed in the right direction. the forum is great. thanks for all the future help.
