My entry is also environmentally friendly because I used the residual heat in my kamado after shutting it down to smoke the tomato sauce I'm using for my pizza entry! :idea:
 
Tough one for me. That Baklava I could eat the entire pan with my fingers. But, Titch has an interesting lamb dish and the nut sauce on Gore's pork has my mouth watering.....What to do, what to do. Then there are all of the roast nuts........:cool:
 
I really thought I was just going to vote for the Baklava, but looking back over everything all together like that...this is a lot harder than I thought it was going to be.
 
A hard vote to cast, but I went with AussieTitch. Pistachio meatballs? Send me the whole pot of 'em please.

Easy fix though. Has zero votes so far. Gonna take it down.

The new format should take care of this as non-entries will have no business being posted in the new ENTRY threads. That's the idea, anyway.
 
I'm not huge on nuts and seeing as though Gore...err, I mean Gore's entry, is only slightly nutty, and that pork sammy has my mouth watering, I'm voting for him.
