I was asked to cook some ribs on a gas grill for the party. I ended up bringing my WSM, Undercover shelter and some other "stuff" in the car. Did baby backs, country style ribs and chicken thighs before it was all done.

No one used the BBQ sauce. As Cowgirl says. "It was tasty". :becky:

Made me honggy!! It all looks outstanding. I have never seen a Jug of Maple Syrup that big, given the cost, was there a 12 yr old Gang banger armed with a .357 just out of the frame guarding it:wink:

Nice photos. love the undercover, once I bought my first one that was it. They are tops. Great lookin food!

Thanks for the kind words everyone. :becky:

It was a fun cook for me to do, although I did feel a smidgen guilty when the guy who was going to cook the chicken on the gasser backed out of it when he showed up and saw me cooking on the WSM and smelled the sweet blue.

Everyone urged me to cook them on the smoker since the lump was still going strong. I cranked it up as hot as it would go and popped them on. Everything was done right on schedule.

Thanks to all the Brethren and Sistren who have taught me so much over the years on here. It makes it easy to look like I know what I am doing around a smoker whatever curveball I am thrown.
