RL Tritip Sirloin Steak ???

I found these last week labeled like the thread post at the local grocery. I couldn't determine whether it was tritip or sirloin or what...they grilled up great though. The big ones had Oakridge HDD and the little ones had Simply Marlvelous Season All.

Any thoughts on the package label?









Always the best part...leftovers in the freezer. I'm thinking some great spicy nachos!

I got the Weston 2300 works great, but pricey.
