So here's the players in todays cook.
A butt and 2 Thanksgiving fatty's

Here's the Butt, rubbed with BPS Sweet Money Rub and SM Pecan rub, with a couple pinches of coffee added in there.

Now the Tday fatty, here's the players in this adventure

Rolled and ready to go

And onto the Lang we go

I'll update as things get dun

Thanks for lookin in

I know, but if I fill it up I'll have to freeze the extra and not get to Q for too long of a time.

Well that's my story.......

And here we are cut up and........well........ devoured!!!!

This is awesome! Thanks Skidder for the idea :thumb:
Next time I will add more turkey to it

Thanks everyone.
I was told it was the best fatty EVER!!!!!
The cranberries really went well with the pork. I made the cranberry sauce the night before so the freshness I'm sure added to it.

I didn't think bacon would really go with this one.......

Oh also, the pork butt was beyond amazing!!!!!!!
This was by far the most flavorful one I've ever done, thanks to big brother smoke for the best SM rubs to use on it.
WOW is really all I can say, sorry no pics of the finish there. 4 of us ate all of the, 5.7 lb pre cooked weight, butt.

Glad it went over well. We actually won a first place Fattie trophy at a competition with this recipe. Pics of the entry and my daughter getting our trophy.

Thanks guys, I think the Bob Evans, produced locally, Sage added a nice flavor to it for sure.

DO IT!!!!!!!!

You won't be disappointed I promise
