Announcing a Pretty Good BBQ 2010

Eric you are welcome anytime....pleasure having you there. Thanks for keeping me awake durning the night. You tell Dylan that I will vouch for you.

It's his momma that I'm worried about! He likes to start chit' and he's got that twinkle in his eyes that says troubles brewing when momma comes home. :boxing:

It was a digital, but I still have to take the time to upload them. :)

Sorry I missed this one. I missed seeing my brothers!! Even the ones from Ohio!! :becky:

I know you missed me and my Maize and Blue!!

Good job to all!!

If the Ohio State/school up north thing were still a rivalry, corn and blue together would bother me more. :) (actually hoping to see some better football out of our northern rivals soon!)

However, your presence was missed.

Scott and Mike you were both missed. And you missed Billy. Billy love ya man...gave you your own thread that way no one would see the post.

Did talk to bubba about 1st week in Nov. may be coming up....

I'm sorry that this is the first I've posted... Came back to a rats nest at the office and a comp this weekend...

I just want to say that it was great seeing every one and every one done did good!!!

Looking forward to next year!

Hey guys, I got word from the hospital and 4 words sum up how they felt about the ribs they got "I'm goin to Arbys." You know I'm kidding. The words are: Amazing, Fabulous, Incredible and Delicious! Rumored to be heard was also "M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-eat"

Yep that's why that police officer made a special trip back to tell us that.
Then he ate another couple plates of food Roger!:thumb:

You guys are amazing. Not only did you put up with me being there, you produced great food for the neighborhood - and those who serve others. Lord willing, next year, I'll have a cooker there to actually chip in on the cooking side of things (instead of just looking pretty) LOL. Thanks again, everyone, for a wonderful event.

Dan your welcome anytime it usually takes more than Bull to moderate billy.

Hoping to see some pics from Curt by now..............

I will try my best to get photos up tonight... I've been swamped this week, and I haven't uploaded yet. My wife thinks I'm supposed to do stuff outside with landscaping now that it's May.

Robert, forgot to mention that we finally checked out the bread machine... it's got a continuous knead cycle, so she's in business once she gets some beans!

curt or bob,
What is the purpose of the bread machine?
You put the beans in the bread machine for 8 minute cycle (??) while heating with heat gun to desired doneness. Then cool quickly.
I was a little foggy sunday morning while getting the explanation. Lack of sleep or the cowboy coffee high.
thanks
jon

The bread machine keeps the beans moving around. If the knead cycle is intermittent, it won't work, bu if it keeps moving, it should work.

Ok, here are some shots...
