I got my Black Stone patio grill last week but it had a defect. They sent me a new body and a motor just in case.
Now if I can figure out was wrong I have a back up unit.

I went lower on the regulator setting and dial since it was my first time.
Here were my results.
Next time I will get it hotter. Took 10 minutes to heat up and 2:30 for pie to be baked. I love the rotating stone.

Neat, never seen one before. Pricey little sucker but it sure looks like it cooks one mean pie!

That pizza looks beautiful, and I know a thing or two about pizza!

Looking forward to seeing more cook pics on this unit- I'm intrigued.

Thanks everyone. I have to say this was the easiest pizza I have done so far.

@Dwfisk, I got mine for $350 from Groupon. Not bad seeing some gas grills cost the same.

@charrederhead the stone was at 650. Next time I will get temp to 800 on stone, maybe.

Updated pics of. Last one is the heat deflector where the flame rolls up and some pic of the two stones. In case anyone was curious.

Looks good !!

A few more pizzas like that might make me follow in your footsteps and sell the KettlePizza and Baking Steel dome

Looking forward to more as you go !
