5th Annual MOINK Ball Day (June 1st 2013)

I will for sure participate this first time for me!

having just made my first batch, i'm ready for my next, so i'm in.

What's a Moink Ball? :noidea:

Surprised this hasn't been answered yet Titch. It's (American style) a frozen pre-cooked all beef meatball wrapped in bacon and smoked/grilled til done. Dust with rub prior to cooking, and sauce for the last 15 minutes or so to set the glaze. You can make your own meatballs though, as long as the only meat used is beef. (Moo + oink = moink)
 
Wonder if I can show off my Balls while cooking at the pig out contest that day... hmmmm

I shared my balls with all of the other teams at a competition on World MOINK Ball Day a couple of years ago.

I usually put out a couple of different dipping sauces with my moink balls.
One sweet, One spicy.

As it turns out a lot of people enjoy double dipping my balls.
And, they rave about how good my balls taste. Who knew?

I'm thinking about maybe showing them to all of you on June 1st.
 
CaseyDog showed me how. I learned from one of the best! Dam good balls! At least thats what LuzziAnn said.

ahhhh....was wondering what appetizer to smoke for a cigar party at a friends house....thanks Phubar for getting inside my head and making decision EASY!!!!!! MOINKS it is :loco::loco:
