Not jumping on bevoburns post about Indian food, but, I am also having some tikka tonight.
As it is a proper English February day (pi**ing it down with rain and freezing) I decided to use the indoor grill.
The chicken was cubed and marinated in garlic, ginger, chilli, oil and spices overnight before being skewered and grilled.
I'll knock up a sauce a bit later or might use the tikka in a biryani.
