Pecan is my go to wood, it works great on anything you want to cook. I even did a bunch of baked kosher salt potatoes with pecan, and they tasted fantastic.

Pecan mixed straight or mixed with wild cherry is my favorite all around smoke wood. That should keep you in business for a while.
