Hobby smoker (for family) using the old weber kettle. Looking to learn more and move into a dedicated smoker.

Originally from Belleville then up near Chicago for a couple years and back down to Greenville now in chatham.
One of these days I'll make it out!

Our oldest lives in Springfield so we get over there about once a month or so. I know there's at least one other person on here from Springfield so maybe sometime this summer we can arrange a meeting.
