Greetings Brethren,

I wanted to christen my new WSM with a Brisket today, but still couldn't score one from Wally World, so I decided to do a ribeye roast on the OTG.

Kroger Ribeye Roast -3 bones:

Didn't look too bad:

De-ribbed:

Used about 4 different cheeses for the Mac & Cheese. I could eat M&C if my hair was on fire.

Done in the oven:

Ribeye is resting:

Not as rare as I typically like, but my OTG is still new to me:

I scoop the potatoes out of the skin, mix with pepper, butter and sour cream and spoon back into the skin. Plated pic 1:

This is a new camera (Canon SX50 HS) bought it just to post pr0n and I am no photographer, so I'm trying to get used to it.

The meal was awesome.

Thanks for looking!

That mac & cheese looks killer, as does the beef! Are you willing to share the M&C recipe?

Quite honestly, Nu, I threw some velveeta, shredded parmesan, colby jack and mozzarella in a pot with a couple of cups of milk and a stick of butter and poured it over shells when it was all melted and blended. Threw it in the oven until the top was brown and served. Normally, I use a few different recipes I would be happy to share, but tonight I didn't have any of the ingredients to do them (including macaroni).

Thanks for looking,

Dave

Here are the ribs, if anyone is interested.

They were incredible, as you can see by the one I cleaned in the back:
