I've been busy,made a batch of middle eastern kofta.
Quite a few spices were harmed in the making of these, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, coriander powder and harissa.

Making a fennel and pomegranate salad to have these with later.

Did you use beef, lamb, chicken or a combo?

I always use lamb, but I am unshackled by religious rules on food and wanted to play so this lot I made with pork!

No, I did not feed it to any unsuspecting soul who IS bound by food rules :laugh:
 
That looks great. So many of the Mediterranean restaurants are incapable of serving it moist it is unreal.
