Santa Maria Style chicken

Just wanted to share a few pics of some chicken thighs I did last weekend, my favorite part without a doubt. Used a simple marinade, and cooked them over some oak in the pit.

Most excellent! I prefer thighs too, but also the whole leg quarters.

I can get you a grill top, the build is easy if you have a spot for it.
