Hi everyone, my name is Eric and I'm originally from Maui Hawaii, now living just outside of Los Angeles, California. I happened to be thinking about building myself a UDS and did a little searching online. After seeing some of the incredible builds here I just had to join! I'm tracking down a couple of 55-gallon drums and will definitely post pictures as I go along. I'm a complete rookie, and have been learning a lot from the great work others have done. Hopefully soon I'll be posting some pictures of brisket!
 
Oh, and if anyone in the Los Angeles / San Bernardino area knows of a good place to get some 55-gallon drums, I'd love to know about it! :wink:
