Submittal for application of moinkball certification... on a virgin grill.

Grill: Bubba Keg grill with the following mods just before cast iron seasoning.

upper exhaust mod - teardrop notches

Lower intake mod - Aluminum tape (folded 7 times behind screen)

The ingredients:

The temp... locked in...

The set-up... with platesetter:

Finished with a honey glaze...

whats a moink ball? am not familiar with those,, now landarc he is on to something because I have had a MOINK ball, just not this thing you call moink balls.. any suggestions??

After the moinks... removed the platesetter, opened her vents up and grilled up some beautiful NY strip... (1 lbers a piece).... definetely worth it.

Will be trying out some longer sessions soon... hoping for chuckies by Father's Day (overnight/sleep in mod).

Its just a coincidence... must be a design 'flaw'... that the (large BGE) platesetter fits like it belongs there.
