Had to go to Cali for work and knew I would be stuck over Memorial day weekend. I got volunteered to cook at a coworker house. My original plan was to cook wings and ribs at his house and buy brisket already cooked but, I could not find brisket at a reasonable price.

Then Marty invited me over for a Sunday get together and I had a great idea, why not do a brisket over Marty's house!

Marty was a great host, he cooked beef ribs, pork ribs and bacon wrapped pineapples and onion rings. It was a pretty amazing day. Here are some pics:

Looks like a great time and great eats! I've had the bacon wrapped onion rings, but haven't done it yet with pineapple. I may need to do that tomorrow.
