My little sister gave my wife (passed it to me) a pre-packed brining blend called Victoria Taylor's. Any info or opinions. How are they?

I guess it (Smoky Brining Blend) will be tried on the bird on Sunday...

California sea salt
Hickory smoked sea salt
demarana
sugar
spices
green peppercorns
chipotle pepper
garlic
natural mesquite smoke flavor (whatever natural means)


Dang it man... the boiling brine solution certainly primed the house already with the smoky aroma. Ambient temp. outoors @ 40 degrees... perfect for the cooldown. The chicken will be submerged @ 10 pm. tonight.

Time to find a camera...:mrgreen:.
