Well, who is coming this year? And who is going to do the chili comp?
 
Wouldn't miss it for the world. As of this moment I am not doing chili as I am on the road the rest of the month and don't have a teammate to help prep.

That said I'll probably change my mind. Gotta love the huge prize money for brisket, BTW!!!
 
Awe man, nobody informed the buttheads were allowed back in this year. i might need to rethink this one
 
I always read that this is one of the best comps and most peoples favorites. What makes it so special?

I personally like the park, its very calming.

We really wanted to do this one but we sent our paper work in around the end of March and we were on the alternates list. I may hear something in the next couple of days. I can only hope. Otherwise we will be in Gastonia NC for a comp!!!! Either way I am cooking that weekend!

Does anybody know the payout schedule for awards? Do they pay out to 3rd place overall?
