Hey guys! My name is Joshua Seabolt and my Father I started a team at the beginning of this year. We have done one competition and we are completely hooked!!! This sport is about as addictive as anything I have ever done. We are doing Jenks in the fall and are looking forward to finally getting to cook with everyone! I look forward to meeting as many of you as I can and learning from all of you! Thanks!

Owasso is a nice little suburb...I was there for a religious convention last year. We ate at the Logan's Roadhouse BBQ joint.
