I double smoked a ham for a co-worker a month or so back.Rubbed it down with apple pie filling put it in the Cookshack at 225* to internal of 160* Brushed with honey the last half hour for a glaze.

It sure smelled good!!
 
Yes I really liked the looks of the ham. I did not get to taste it My co-worker raved about how awesome it was. I want to do one using raspberry pie filling and cherry pie filling as well!
