Pork and Chicken, just tending the fire

Smoked a pork tenderloin for a supper tomorrow night at church, and did a couple of stuffed chicken breasts for supper tonight. Hope y'all enjoy!






 
Found the recipe on here....broccoli, cream cheese and cheddar cheese stuffing, flattened chicken breast, rolled up. Bacon, four pepper medley on the outside. Pretty darn good!

LOL. Missouri Synod Lutheran pastor here. Here we are united in the community of smoke, no problems with our differing views on faith. Deal? :becky:
 
Full pork loin, about two and a half feet and nine pounds of pig goodness.. Turned out good, refrigerated overnight and sliced for a covered dish supper Sunday night. Still moist when I sliced it, made a couple of sauces to go with it. It must have been good, very little left over after the meal. We had about 35-40 folks eating.
