Well catering is slowing down and we are at the vending site now more. I have got out lunch specials down and our our Friday dinner menu which is chicken and ribs. I am looking for another dinner menu for Wednesday night. It doesn't have to be BBQ.

I thought about Taco's not sure if i should do a standard one or use Pulled Pork. I started Tri Tip sammies this week also thats some good stuff!!!
