I won't have time to post my cook in tell tonight because we are laying my SIL to rest today.

The brisket was smoked on a grill or smoker for one meal, and then leftover brisket was used to make a chili on the stove. The chili would be the entry, and it was not cooked on a grill or smoker. Had the brisket been cooked specifically to make a chili, it would be a different circumstance. As is, I don't think this chili, as good as it looks, even meets the basic TD rules. The brisket wasn't cooked for this entry, it was leftover from a previous meal.
