Barbecued Chinese Pork - Char Siu - PRON!!!

I heard Char Siu was in the top 50 of best recipes ever. So of coarse I had to have it under my beld.

Traditionally this recipe is roasted by hanging the pork in a wood fired oven. So this recipe is screaming barbecue....

I had to setup my big green egg in an unconfentinal way, but it worked like a charm. I also use this setup for smoking fish.

WSM will work fine. I used my Jumbo Joe for mine.

I agree before breakfast this site should be off limits. I have a small hunk O Pork on my WSM now and im still even MORE hungry looking at this.
