Just back from the powdercoater.

The paint is perfect, and obviously better than new!
Rubber wheels came off easily after heating in the over to 170 degrees. Now to heat them again and slip them back on. However another bbq forum member showed me where I can still buy replacement brandy-new tires (djpatio.com/woodard) , and I may do that after the wife gets over my spending :D

Wheels will get done later this week, as will the chain hammock that I use to hang a non-original kettle.

Sandblasting cost me about $75
Powdercoating it cost me just over $100.

I am doing this for me, and now I never have to worry about it being out in the wisconsin weather. Should last for another 45 years.!!

Thanks for looking. 8)

Not sure if this scanned document from a 1960's catalog is legal, but here goes.

I'm still mad at you for getting this before me so I won't tell you how nice the coat looks......

As a fellow Sevile cart owner I am VERY interested in seeing your chain hammock :help:
