cut up a deer hind leg and here are the results no marinade just some cavenders greek seasoning.mmmmm:-D

great.Trick is not to let it stay on too long.That Cavenders is some of the best stuff! Even some of the thinner pieces that dried still taste great.

agreed. I have noticed alot of people tend to overcook it, and it doesn't taste great when that happens. How long did you smoke it for?
