Well to be honest the eggs are pretty good, a nice kick in the pants. The corn was SOUR!!!!!!! , I guess I will stick to the old way and work it off with salt in a churn, much better thataway.
 
Haven't seen pickle corn in years, rinse it with cold water several time might help then fry it in butter or lard.

He even came back later and said he was willing to try another one if I wanted. I told him I was already proud of him for just giving it another try this year. I think he was relieved.:wink:
