I've been battling a bad case of sciatica and it has seriously slowed me down.

I needed some smoke today come hell or high water, so I put a small beef roast on today for sammich deli thin slices during the week. Suckle Busters SPG rub, and smoked over mesquite:

Looks likes some killer slices during the week. :-D

Great job on the cook, I have two prime tri-tips thawing and going on the smoker Monday. Hope you get some relief from the sciatica sooner than later.

Roasts looks spot on! Sciatica got me and it was debilitating, to say the least.
