Finally got it on. Good thing this isn't all we had for dinner.
Got a little bath in Stubbs beef marinade then a light coat of kosher salt and a heavy dose of Bovine Bold.
Now in the smoke.

Turned out pretty good. Very tender but not very juicy. I opened the foil after about an hour and the bark was coming off so I took it out of the foil and added some rub. Not sure if that was a mistake. The wife and my one year old loved it and I guess that's all that really matters. Thanks for looking. Y
