I have a big stick burner that I got over 5 yrs ago with the idea of trying a whole hog some day. Still have not got up the nerve mainly due to the challenge of flipping the rascal. It has occurred to me that it wouldn't be a bad idea if I actually sampled some pork cooked in this fashion and the closest place by far to me is Martin's BBQ in Nolensville, Tn. Just south of Nashville. Any tips / advise / reviews on this place?
