This pic is what I decided to call the Pot Luck bowl. It contains a variety of meats.

Before and After Picks

The Chicken today I slow smoked with a little twist. I marinated in wishbone for three hours and then used a greek seasoning for the rub.

As of this post the chicken is still on the Klose finishing up.
