My team, Que and a Half Men are going to be published in a local magazine and they are asking for a little help with BBQ terms and language. Knowing my fellow brethren, I think it would be fun for us all to contribute... Sooo.... Here is the request:

We thought it would be fun to make a list of BBQ terms/language that are used often that people might not know. Are there any terms/slang that is used in BBQ prep/talk/contests.... like maybe definition of pitmaster, and terms used when judging, preparing meat, etc.. things like that. If there are a few, please let me know!

ROFL. I think Pitmaster T's thread on "funk" would be perfect for this if anybody would care to throw up a link to it!

Nevermind. Found it!
Forgot I had e-mailed it to myself.
