Paid $150 for it. Normally I would not pay this much. However, taking into consideration its age and condition the price was worth it to me.

Yeah, that is high for most old red kettles, but that one looks like a real beauty. I would have done the same for an old redhead of that quality.

Thanks. I agree. I thought long and hard about the price. However, the grill is 40 years old, sat in an attic for 35 of those years, and does not have a dent or a ding. I figured I would not come across one in this condition (at this age) for a long time. I would have been regretful if I passed. Very happy with the decision.
