By the way, the rub I use is turbinado, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Chachare's salt free seasoning and a little powdered ginger. The ginger really doesn't flavor the rub, but makes it a little brighter which cuts down on the fatty, heavy flavor of most meats.
I really love that little smoker. I live in an apartment, so don't have any room for a full sized one. It fits my needs perfectly.
