Well here goes the first cooking post. I will enter the final pic in the Leg Contest for this weekend. I hope to have beginners luck.

I have only cooked chicken on the smoker a couple of times and still have not perfected the times.

Beautiful blue smoke. Got me some taters on there to go with it.

Set at 250 for roughly 2 hours. Internal temp at 180 and no pink.

Here is a few w/o the bbq sauce. Kids dont like sauce on chicken. Chicken is about the only meat I like eating the sauce on. Some of them was a lil too done.
Next time I will pull them off a lil earlier, but after sauce they tasted pretty good.

What time and temps does every1 use for smaller pieces.
 
Nice smoke. makes me hungry just looking at it . I agree with the Kids, I dont like sauce on my chicken either .lol
 
awesome job, good looking eats there. my wife is the same way.. no sauce on the chicken!
